The Community Loan Fund has worked since 1984 to bring security and value to homeowners in manufactured-housing communities (sometimes called mobile home parks).

We’ve helped park residents form cooperatives and buy the land under their homes. We continue to offer training, technical expertise and, when needed, financing, to help residents operate and maintain their cooperatives.

Our Cooperative Home Loans provide fair, fixed-rate mortgages, refinance and home-equity loans for co-op residents.
