Enterprise Energy Fund
New applications are not currently being accepted for audits or loans
The Enterprise Energy Fund is a low-interest loan and grant program available to businesses and nonprofit organizations to help finance energy improvements and renewable energy projects in their buildings. Its goals are reduction of energy costs and consumption and promotion of economic recovery and job creation.
The original offering was so popular and the need so great that both the Community Loan Fund and CDFA received far more applications than we can finance; many of those applicants are now on a wait list or referred elsewhere for financing.
As loans are repaid we expect to reopen the program. Announcements will be posted here.
The Enterprise Energy Fund is a project of the New Hampshire Community Loan Fund, New Hampshire Community Development Finance Authority and The Jordan Institute. They were awarded $6.6 million in American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funding through the New Hampshire Office of Energy and Planning-State Energy program to capitalize a revolving loan fund.
The fund finances energy improvements in buildings owned or leased by small, medium, and large commercial businesses and nonprofit organizations.
