Crucial resources for people with low incomes or special needs

The New Hampshire Community Loan Fund recognizes the important work that nonprofits do for people and families with lower incomes and/or special needs.

Those that fill essential human needs—shelter, meals, health care, social and legal services—save lives and change lives every day. Together, they are the fabric of New Hampshire’s safety net, and creators of opportunity for thousands of people and families.

Our Community Facilities program tries to fill their financing needs with loans that help them provide their essential services.

Nonprofits are efficient and effective because their bottom line is the well-being of the people they serve. That bottom line doesn’t always persuade conventional lenders to finance a building or new equipment. We work with nonprofit borrowers to match our financing tools to their needs.
