New Hampshire laws and standards
The set of laws under New Hampshire Revised Statute Annotated (RSA) 205-A regulate manufactured-home (also called mobile home)parks. Resident-owned communities, their members and residents must follow, and are protected by, these laws.
All cooperative members should be familiar with RSA 301-A, which governs consumer cooperatives, including resident-owned communities.
Resident-owned communities are also incorporated under the general corporate laws, which offer guidance in the proper operation of a cooperative.

Study found that the Community Loan Fund's introcution of loans to convert manufactured housing parks to resident-ownership, combined with the excellent performance of those loans, led mainstream financial institutions to adopt the product.
