resident-owned communities

you own it!

ROC-NH logo

ROC-NH™ helps residents of manufactured-home (mobile-home) parks in New Hampshire preserve their affordable homes and create stronger, vibrant communities.

We provide loans, training, and technical assistance to help resident cooperatives buy and manage their communities.

We work ONLY for resident-owned communities (ROCs), not for investor or family owners, or for outside buyers.

N.H. contains nearly 150 resident-owned communities (ROCs), containing more than 8,800 affordable homes.

America's most invisible communities

Sociologist and author Esther Sullivan says that perhaps the most important solution to America's affordable housing crisis is hidden in plain sight: Manufactured (mobile) homes.
