Your Turn homebuyer assistance
Can you use an extra $13,500 to buy a new home?
Your Turn homebuyer assistance and Welcome Home Loans make buying a new manufactured (mobile) home affordable.
Your Turn might be for you if you live or want to live in a resident-owned community (ROC) or on your own land in New Hampshire:
- You want to replace your aging home with a new manufactured home.
- You’re buying a new manufactured home to install on a vacant lot.
- Your household qualifies as low-income (example: a two-person household with total earnings under $53,200-$62,550, depending on which N.H. county you live in).
Your Turn homebuyer assistance offers $10,000 for down payment and $3,500 for closing costs to help you buy a new manufactured home in a ROC or on your own land. Pay only when your Welcome Home first-mortgage loan is paid off, you sell or refinance, or you no longer live in the home.
The funding is available for a limited time, and on a first-come, first-served basis.
