Building value and security in manufactured-home communities
ROC-NH™ helps residents of manufactured-home (sometimes called mobile-home) parks in New Hampshire preserve their affordable homes and create stronger, vibrant communities.
We do this by providing loans, training and technical assistance so residents can buy and manage their communities as cooperatives.
Starting with the Meredith Center Cooperative in 1984, residents have purchased and managed more than 120 manufactured-home communities in New Hampshire, providing affordable housing to more than 7,200 families.
No co-op has failed, or reverted to private ownership.
ROC-NH is the New Hampshire Community Loan Fund’s oldest and best-known program. It has been recognized for excellence by the Opportunity Finance Network, Fannie Mae Foundation, U.S. Dept. of Agriculture, National Environmental Education & Training Foundation, and Citizens Bank.
ROC-NH™ is a program of the New Hampshire Community Loan Fund, Inc. and a ROC USA® Certified Technical Assistance Provider. ROC-NH is a registered service mark of ROC USA, LLC.
The New Hampshire Community Loan Fund is a member of the I'M HOME (Innovations in Manufactured Homes) network. I'M HOME is a multi-year initiative that seeks to ensure that families who choose to purchase manufactured homes can reap benefits from homeownership comparable to owners of other homes.
